Im pretty sure Im starting a flare :(. The past week I have had pain (on the left side..never understood that), gas, extreme fatigue and nausea. UGH Ive been in remission for 2 years. I take Humira every 2 weeks (although I have been bad about every 2 weeks). Now I guess my Dr will want to add Imuran. I have had the worst year of my life and am trying to set things right again and NOW I start a flare.
Maybe its time to concentrate on my health and not all the crap that has happened to me throughout my life. I just hope my family, this time, will be more helpful and understanding.

Flares sure aren't fun. I've only been feeling better for a few months and now I'm flaring too :ybatty: Hopefully our doctors can get to the bottom of this for us (so to speak). Hang in there.

Im very sorry to hear about your new flare. I like to think that if you can go 2 years without one, that it's very possible to have a long remission again.

Taking care of your health should always be a top priority and uncompromisable with others because at the end of the day you are the one that has to live with your body for the rest of your life, no one else. The challenge is finding balance with all the factors in your life and I believe you have taken the appropriate steps, crohn's and otherwise, to make it possible. And if you find no support from family, you always have us here :)

Wishing you a more happy, healthy and stress-free new year.

I'm sorry you are having a flare. I hope it is short and you get right back to remission. For me I always have a flare in the winter months I don't know maybe there is a seasonal aspect to this or maybe the stress of the holidays. Good luck to you and happy new year.
