I caved during my SCD intro yesterday :( I had small kit kat bars (abt 5).

Today, I had yogurt with granola (pumpkin flax seeds) and extra crunchy peanut butter mixed in, but then starting eating it out of the jar :x. I'm very primal and go with what I feel like eating lol, but now I'm worried that whatever inflammation is there, might hang on to one of these nuts and cause a blockage or obstruction or abscess!

What are the symptoms of a nut(s) getting stuck? I was even regretting it as I was eating the PB from the jar!

I'm so sorry :(( Last CT scan June 11th showed mild enhancement/inflammation in the TI..but I'm on LDN and Entocort, so thinking the LDN can "make it worse."

Besides chugging water, what can I do??

Is it possible to have something stuck or have an abscess/obstruction, even if you feel fine/have no symptoms?

A nut will not get stuck in your GI tract. Some people have swallowed broken glass and it still passes through (not recommended though as there is still a slight chance at perforation).

If you have an abscess or an obstruction you will have symptoms. Go to the hospital if you have any of these symptoms listed: http://www.crohnsforum.com/showthread.php?t=55447

So far it sounds like you don't have any symptoms at the moment and since you ate that yesterday you would have noticed something by now unless your GI tract processes food very slowly.

Signs of any real problems would be pain and a temperature in my own personal experience.
I take my temp everyday make sure it's not over 37..
I checked it last week it was 39.2 and was taken in to hospital with sepsis, always check your temp if your ill,do what ever it takes to stay healthy
