Ryan has been having horrible stomach cramps these past few days and I can't find anything that really helps them. We have tried heating pad , ice packs , all kinds of teas, peppermint candy . He just curls up in a ball it's bad I just don't know what else's will help with them. Any suggestions ???

Sorry to hear :( I've been the same lately! I found that taking Tylenol seemed to relieve my symptoms a little that allowed me to eat something. Other than that anything warm on my stomach seems to help.

Oh, I'm so sorry that he's having such a tough time. I don't have any suggestions, have you had any guidance from his GI? I remember he wasn't well just a bit ago, has he started feeling worse again?

:ghug:

his GI said bassically everything we have been doing. He never really got fully better I just feel so bad for him.

Jack takes Levsin when he has horrible stomach cramps, don't know if that will help or it is even an option. GI prescribed it

My only advice is rice bags, or tylenol. Other than calling his dr. Could it be gas pains? If so, have him lie with his bum in the air. I'm so sorry. I hate seeing them in pain. :( How bad is the pain on a pain scale? If it lasts and nothing is working , I would prob take him in to emerg. ((((hugs))) I hope he gets some relief soon.

I have a lot of intestinal pain due to a childbirth injury and I think it would help me if I strengthened my core. There are also yoga moves to help you poop and pass gas.

Unfortunatey I haven't been very motivated to do them, yet...

When my cramping barely starts, it helps to lay down and rub my belly very slowly in a circle.

So sorry to hear he is feeling badly. We bought Caitlyn a heating pad from the sharper image that works well.

Thank you guys. He is still having problems but he laid with a heating pad all weekend and that helped him a little. He went to school today so hoping all goes well :) he missed most of last week and his homecoming game.
