What do you eat when it just seems like everything is irritating your stomach and nothing, even the things that usually don't bother you is sitting well with you? I feel that I need a few days of super boring easy on the stomach foods to get my stomach back to normal. I feel like I somehow ate something that irritated my stomach this week and ever since then every single thing does not agree with me. Am I making any sense? lol I kinda feel that I need to somehow "reset" my stomach and start over? Get all the bad feeling out of it, and general all over gross ickyness that just wont seem to go away. :ymad: lol So what do you eat when nothing seems to be agreeing with you?
 
When it gets REALLY bad I turn to Ensure. When I just absolutely can't do anything else it's the only thing that gets me through and lets my stomach rest.

When I'm just feeling crummy my "comfort food" isalways: Salmon, well cooked steamed carrots and broccoli and white rice. Somehow it always makes me feel better.

Been there done that.. If you are sure there isn't something serious going on I would suggest a little bowel rest, no food, just liquids. It you are skin and bones this is not a good idea. If this goes on past monday you should consider talking to your doctor.
 
Ensure is the only thing that works for me. I've been living off it for years. I'm jumping through hoops at the moment to get on remicade.
 
I have a few pretty well established safe foods for me - like turkey, spinach, pork, salt, fish, that I will eat when things get ruff. The foods still don't go down all that well, but it seems over a week of eating the same the gut will settle down.
 
When I am feeling crummy but hungry, I will eat rice and eggs. If I am feeling worse than that, I turn to ensure and hot tea with honey.
 
Perhaps began back on clear broths for a day, Ensure and then slowly add regular soups, see how you tolerate and slowly build from there?
