What does this mean?

My wife every so often mentions about my poop and sometimes my bloating smelling. Does this mean things are getting worse?

I wouldn't think things are necessarily getting worse - just that it's possible you may still have active inflammation. When is your next colonoscopy/ fecal calproctectin? Bare in mind many people without Crohn's also experience what you are describing above.

Hi Ron if its any help . I often have very smelly poops and then not so much on a fairly regular cycle. As far as im aware all is good with me.
