Not really, and now it is actually fading......sitting here with it exposes before I have to put pants again!

My son had weird rashes like that and they did not blanch when we pressed on them. It had something to do with his 6mp and his WBC being too low. Similar things happen with leukemia when not taking meds. As long as you don't have a fever, it isn't hot, painful or spreading I don't think it is worrisome. When my son had his, they did order blood tests to check for clotting issues and his WBC, which was really low. Once his dose was changed it stopped happening. If it were my son I would probably call and report it to the nurse to see if they wanted to take a look, but I am a nervous nelly!!

Hope is nothing and goes away quickly for you.

It loo'ks like my tummy does when I've been using heat pads?? That's all I can suggest, it would do no harm to have someone look at it just to give you peace of mind. Good luck.

I have the same thing happen here and there on my inner arm and inner wrist usually but it can occur anywhere especially from the chest up for me. funny thing is ever since crohns I can alwasy guarantee it will happen during a flare. Also it happens during allergy season for me. My docs always suspected it was symptoms of eczema since it appears, gets hot, red and terribly itchy though sometimes not itchy at all, then disappears all within minutes usually.

Is yours itchy at all in addition to what others said? Could you be having an unknown reaction to something?

Nope, never did, and it went away on its' own...I have been sitting on the couch when it happened, so no rubbing etc...it was quite strange!
