Well your own post tagged the blood test and what it means but you can also see information on that test here in the forum wiki: http://www.crohnsforum.com/wiki/Blood-test-codes-and-results-explained

Normal inflammation is listed to around 4-6 (so many different places say a different number but the average is about 5). Since normal is from 0-5, 20 would mean that its a little high. Not horrible but higher than normal. Could mean inflammation in the intestines or anywhere else in the body (even joints so arthritis would show a higher number). Some people have mentioned having theirs be around the 300's but that doesn't mean yours is nothing to worry about (not that you should be freaking out). What medications are you taking?

Do you know what your crp level was before you started the Pentesa? Has it gone up, down or stayed the same?

Fatigue is common when your body is fighting an infection or basically trying to heal/protect itself. Perhaps you are in the beginning stages of a flare or on the tail end of one. I don't really know but at least you understand what the blood test showed right?

My CRP is around 11 when I am "well" and goes up to around 25 when im flaring - it was 250 once but that was when i had peritonitis!!

Mine last time it was measured was 65 and that was when I was improving from a bad flare.

I've been 20-36 since 2006, when I got much iller it didn't go up at all.

It varies with everyone so there is no hard& fast rule with this, what it does show is that you have inflammation somewhere in your body.

Compounds C3&C4 are not common blood tests but they are very good inflammation markers- had mine done twice and they were massive and also increased the second time- 150-400 is the norm for one and mine came out at 680, then 750.
