wheat free

So i have gone wheat free and it seems to be helping but i have read that after a few weeks i can reintroduce it to my diet any comments on this i hope so cause this wheat free sucks thank god for marmite lol

Hi,

As to re-introducing wheat, I would have thought it would depend on exactly how intolerant you are to it? I go wheat free most of the time as the gut seems to be happier for doing so, but I do allow my self treats like bread, cake, biscuits and pastry fairly regularly and get away with it most of the time.

If you've not tried it "Genius" is the best wheat free/gluten free bread that I've tried. Plenty of things that you can do with that. The "Dove Farm" wheat free/gluten free flower works pretty well for most things if you are cooking.
