White dots around birthmarks

Anyone else have these? They are perfect white spots on my skin around my birthmarks and when I sun tan they turn red then back to white but the rest of my body tans? Just wondering if anyone else has any info on this??

Hey Denis, I don't have ibd, it's my son, but I do have one spot on my arm that behaves similar to those spots you mention. It also has white hair where the rest is dark. So maybe , this is one thing you have that isn't ibd related!! On a lighter note, we'll probably both have to have large chunks of skin removed in the future to avoid melanoma!!
