Yellow Stool: Vancomycin or No?

Nearing the end of my 2 week round of vancomycin. I initially had a UC/Colitis flare, coupled with gallbladder symptoms. HIDA scan and Ultrasound for gallbladder came back normal, so now I'm taking vancomycin. While I feel better most days, I've noticed that for the last 2 weeks, my stools have been yellow. For the last 2 days, the diarrhea has increased, along with the right-sided pain. I'm wondering if my gallbladder needs to be removed, or if I have inflammation farther down the small bowel, beyond what the EGD could see.

Is it normal to have yellow stool with C. Diff or with the use of Vancomycin?

Yellow stool can certainly be related to gall bladder issues. What does your Dr say? Especially combined with increase pain I would check in with them.

I had a HIDA scan and an ultrasound and both came back normal. I don't understand why this is happening.
