Your Insight on glute pain??

Good Morning,

I have had fairly annoying glute pain and tenderness on the right side here lately. I've had it before, and it went away or wasn't as noticeable. Now its bugging me quite a bit. It feels like a pulled muscle, and I have these pulled muscle pains in the groin and bicep as well, but I haven't worked out for over a week. Any thoughts on what the deal is here. I have been on 6-MP for nearly 2 months, and Budesonide for about 3 weeks.

Perhaps still a pulled muscle?
I know that vitamin levels ( low) can effect muscles.
Have you had any labs to check?

I assume you have crohns?
Ever had fistulas or abscesses?
An internal abscess feels like that.
Check WBC and discuss possible ultra sound to confirm or rule out.
