    Extreme fatigue

    Those of you with fatigue, be sure to have your B12 level tested if you haven't. B12 deficiency is one of if not the most common cause of fatigue in people with Crohn's disease and is a very easy fix.

    Welcome to the community. While you've been diagnosed at 51, based upon what you described, I suspect you've had active Crohn's for quite awhile. I hope the Remicade and surgery put you in a fast remission! I wish you all the best.
