Thank you Patrickl. Unfortunately, after just 2 days of using these meds I have joint pain and headaches. I always feel just fine without the meds. The meds also bring on flare ups. I just don't know what to do.

I had severe joint pain on lialda and headaches and nausea. I felt aweful!

Has anyone taken Apriso? I was just prescribed it yesterday and I am very nervous about the side effects. I was on lialda but had horrible effects from it. Please advise. Thanks.

Well I went to see my specialist and I am off of the lialda. Now all those symptoms have gone away except the bruises. It is the condition mentioned above. Thanks for your support. Now we have to find new meds that will work for me, not looking forward to this process.

I was just diagnosed with Chrohns a few weeks ago and have been put on Lialda (4 pills a day). Its been a week and a half and i have developed excruciating joint pain. Especially down my spine and neck. Also, woke up with bruises all over my legs. I phoned by Gastro dr and am waiting for a call...

lindz I totally feel your pain. I to was diagnosed a short while ago with Chrohns. I was put on Lialda a week and a 1/2 ago and im having severe joint pain. Can hardly walk and non stop diarreah. I thought this was due to the meds but you havent started the meds yet so now i am very confused???
