So finally, I was well enough to get my second dose of Remicade today. I was really tired and fatigued before my treatment, and this evening has gotten much worse. Im not having any bathroom issues, but I do feel like I need to throw up and Im REALLY fatigued and have all over pain. I feel like I have a bad case of the flu, my three year old was trying to climb on me and just his little hand on my leg was painful. My injection site is really tender and my arm is sore. Im tired, so plan to make it an early night, and hopefully tomorrow I will feel better. Im definatly looking forward to the next couple of weeks and seeing how I feel.

It hits some people harder than others. Some people feel sick and feverish for a couple days afterward. Do they give you any premeds. I get solu cortef which is a steriod in my IV to prevent a reaction. I also take claritin and tylenol right before I go in as well.
