I'm having a lot of snags now stricture wise, really having to push to empty myself. I can revert to Magnesium Hydroxide but seem to remember someone on here saying that Bananas keep things soft. I always thought they were high fiber but then again its something thats eaten without peel so maybe not.
Thoughts anyone.

Bananas are high in fibre and fat and some people recommend Crohn's sufferers should not eat them for those reasons.

Well now, I must say I eat bananas cause it is a natural binder, so if you are narrowed I would want to keep things flowing. Some people get the Diahreah, so half a banana is ok but more you could be asking for trouble. Just my opinion.
