i think i done it the other day when i was shaving and cut it i went to urgent care clinic and they said it has infection in it put me on med for it but the thing is we dont have the money to get it filled so i dont know what i am going to do the doctor gave me a cream for it and sent me on my way and yes its very painful and hurts very bad i dont know what else to do

You need to find a way to get the meds before you end up in the ER with an infection spread to your bloodstream. Seriously. Get the meds.

When you first look at it, it looks like a friction burn (I got one from running across the grass and then fell, mine was along the whole side of my calf and took about a month to heal) but you said it was spreading and usually redness around the burn shows up in a few hours into the next day (2 days max me thinks). Mine did ooze and puss for a while but it wasn't infected (I treated it with Neosporin and bandages). You were told that yours is infected and as mentioned you run the risk of letting the infection spread to your bloodstream and that's life threatening. Borrow money from someone, anyone, even your local church if you have to so you can pick up your prescription.

I am glad that you are on Cipro. Infections are nothing to be casual about. I started getting a sore around my elbow last September. I ignored it for a while, until I noticed that it was getting hot and very sensitive to touch. When I went to my doctor, she asked me how long I had it. When I mentioned a week, she was upset with me. She told me that if I was on the border of being hospitalized for it. It was an abscess. I got a huge shot of Rocephin and was put on Levaquin. I was also sent home in a sling. I had to keep my arm elevated. I had to return two days later to have the abscess measured. If it wasn't going down, she was going to hospitalize me. I learned to take all skin related infections seriously.
