Been back on the preds for 2 weeks and have been getting really bad acid relux and heart burn all day every day. I dont know if its because of the steroids because i had it a couple of times before i started taking them. I have Ulcerative Colitis (mainly at my tail end). Im also on azathiprine and asacol.
Rennie doesnt help much, is there anything else i can do to get rid of it? And is there a chance it could be more serious?
It feels like ulcers in my throat to my chest and when im eating it feels like its taking a while to pass down then im getting heart burn.
Any advice will be appreciated. Ive had my illness nearly 10 years and never suffered from this before.
