Hi everyone,

Just recently been diagnosed with crohns but unfortunately I am up for a disciplinary meeting tomorrow for my absences. Can anyone advise how I can prepare myself for this meeting tomorrow? Slightly worried lol

Can you get a generic note from your GI? Mine wrote me one today for the same reason. Just said to please excuse my absences, secondary to a medical condition and we are working to better manage her symptoms.

Aren't employers gems? So understanding!

I was actually sent for a compulsory medical by my employer as they were convinced I wasn't fit for work. Needless to say, I was cleared. This was due to my providing letters from my GP and Gastro docs. Just have everything in writing, and they can't legally do anything.. And if they do, commence immediate legal action for discrimination.
