Allergic to Remicade?

I was at the hospital today getting my infusion when I thought...it ever fails that when the Remicade starts pumping into me I start to itch all over. I feel incredibly itchy and no amount of scratching will releive it. If I take a nap then I seem to be fine and once it the Remicade starts pumping faster than I'm ok as well. I'm a little confused why I'm itchy at the beginning of the infusion then ok by the end...also no other "side effects" besides that and I'm willing to go through with the itchiness because otherwise it works...I don;t know...
