Am I in a good place crohn's wise?

Hi

Currently getting myself worked up and extremely anxious because I cant stop thinking about my crohns returning to the stage it was in 2016. Since then I have had a right hemicolotomy and stoma reversal (lost 4 feet of bowel).

Tests wise, my calprotetin is 63 and my CRP has been below 1 since the first operation. HB is sitting good at 150 which is nice and other tests seem to be good, apart from low b12+folcate+vd which are being treated.

Did find out I have a hiatul hernia tho loool. (recent scope.)

Looks like you maybe alright with your 63 and if you were 110 or higher I'd be worried. I've been looking around to see what I could find to put your mind at ease and this is the closest I could find without being too wordy. Hope it helps.

I think you are ok. What are your symptoms like? That might be a good judge. Try to find a hobby to get your mind off things. Best to you.
