Antibiotics make Crohn's better

Hi there. Does anyone else have symptoms that improve when they take antibiotics? I have no large colon so normally runny stools but a few Days after starting antibiotics they seem to improve considerably.

Does anyone know why this would be the Case. Has anyone else taken antibiotics long term ?
