Anyone else?

Anyone else have a bad reaction to beef? I had a hamburger last night(lean ground meat) and now I am paying the price... My tummy hurts.

I still walked both my dogs today though. Don't know how I managed that one. My stomach has been hurting though all day.

Yeah beef sucks. I stick to chicken and tuna and turkey. Beef is bad.

Wait, when you have a blockage, does that mean you are constipated too? I'm not very educated on blockages.

I've always been fine as long as it was lean, 90% or more preferably.

If it's jerky, and it's too chewy, it could pose problems though.

me too. Beef always seems to give me problems. It doesn't help that my mom is all "You must eat red meat! You are anemic! blah blah blah!"

Pen, my Crohn's is in my ileum. I haven't vomited, but I am still feeling crappy. I do have a Doctor's appointment today that was previously set up, so we'll see. I've also had discomfort in my chest area, and I've heard that that can be caused by the Pentasa.

Okay, cause I have been told to do light exercise, so I have been walking my dogs. Didn't get to today, but I have been. I'm not allowed to eat bread with yeast in it, or regular flour, and I haven't made my own yet. (I'm on the SCD) .

If you are on SCD try to take your meds with a banana for example. It always seems to soothe my stomach.

Beef gives me problems. I avoid it.
