Anyone with Crohns Disease in Small Bowel

Hi i was diagnosed with Crohns disease in my small bowel and my mri revealed in July that i have 4 strictures dotted about all over my small bowel. My symptoms were vomiting, pain in stomach, weight loss, fatigue, sore muscles (legs etc), noises and movements in my stomach and bloating. I have never had diarhia. I am on 100mg of azathiprine and just started Inflixmab i have had 2 infusions, due my 3rd in January. I have been on and off steriods 3 maybe 4 times since i was diagnosed in March this year.

I am basically just wondering how many people have crohns in their small bowel. Does anyone have similar symptoms to myself and what do they think helps the noises and pulling movements in the stomach i work in a office so can be very embarrassing.

I am new to this website and don't know much about Crohns Disease so any advice would be appreciated thank you for reading x

My crohn's is very much like yours and I have very similar symptoms to yourself...my bowel movements aren't really "normal" but they are controllable. My main symptoms are the pain on my lower right side and the noises and vomiting.

As for controlling the noises, no advice unfortunately, yet i've noticed mine are worse when i eat stodgy foods. Hope that helps a bit.

I also have small bowel crohn's (but no strictures) and my symptons are very similar. Are you following a low residue diet? It would reduce the risk of a blockage and might help with the noises.
