Apriso or Salofalk in Brazil?

Yes, I'm visiting Brazil. I am taking Apriso right now and want to know what would be a similar mesalamine drug with a delayed release mechanism. Do you know if Chron-ASA 5 is such a drug?

Chron-ASA, with that name it sounds like it does, but I cannot asure it.
You also have Mesacol and Pentasa. My guess is Pentasa is imported from Europe, as same as happens with the argentinean version.

Are you going to say long there? Why don't you bring your own Apriso to Brasil?

I understand. To be on the safe side you can bring your own meds. Then you can take back some you were able to buy in Brasil.

Take into account this kind of Crohn-specific drugs are not easy to find, unless you are going to the biggest cities. And the Carnaval season has just finished :(

Have a nice stay in South America.
