Are you in pain even when not eating?

Right now i have pain and havent even eatin anything? Whats up with that?

Could it be the fact that you haven't eaten? I ask because if my belly is empty or if I feel hungry, there is a significant amount of air that seems to collect and I get really bad gas pains and have to run to the bathroom. But it's a different kind of pain from the pain I get after eating. I always have to carry some kind of snack with me when I leave the house so that I can munch on something when I feel peckish.
