I live in uk n I've been looking for b12 vitamin, n been into boots n supermarkets n I can't find it by its self,
Loads with it mixed in multi vitamins but I can't take them coz of the iron in them
Someone help where can I get them?? Or is there a diffrent name for them??

I got some from Manor pharmacies (1000mcg tablets that you can take sublingually), or you can get it through Holland and Barratts. H and B have an online store, so if there isn't a branch near you, you could order some.
