Back Pain !:(

I've had chronic back pain for about four and a half months. It started lower but now it's mid aswell and like kind of on the sides but it's sooo achy and sore Sometimes i can't sleep with it. I've tried ibruprofen cream but it only temporarily stopped the ache and even then it still aches a bit.
I mentioned it to the GI but he just said because the bowels etc are connected it happens sometimes.
Oh and another thing , when i had a flexi sig the woman said my bowels were spasming alot ?

Did they recommend or prescribe anything for the spasms? I am sorry for what you are going through.

I think the GI should have recommended something for the pain.

He didnt . Ive only seen the GI once but ive got a follow up so

I had this same achey pain. I started taking turmeric and 5G of l glutamine and it went away

Sometimes when I have pain due to my stricture of a partial blockage I get pretty bad back pain. I've found that a heating pad on my abdomen does wonders.
