So, I have been having a flare for a few months now, but not too serious. Lately I have been having bad cramps and when I poop they get worse, and my stomach gets... (Stuck in the pushing) feeling and it hurts. Also, my stool will start off watery, and the second half of the BM is hard to get out. Anyone else have this? I frequent the bathroom around 10-15 times a day, and my stool is always the same. There is also pain at the exit point.

I don't take any meds at all except oxycodone for pain.

If you wanna reduce the amount of bowl movements you are having a day I recommend Imodium. This is an anti-diarrheal and I used it for a long time with my crohn's and it seemed to work very well. For the cramps I recommend chamomile tea, mint tea, ginger tea, or licorice tea which all have natural anti cramping properties( get them caffeine free). It is good to sweeten them with honey instead of sugar because sugar suppresses the immune system and you don't want that. It also seems I had some good results from drinking Aloe Vera Juice, but not that kind that tastes disgusting. There is one called George's road runner Aloe vera juice and it tastes just like water. It is usually used for bleeding in the intestines but if you are having none of that I still recommend it for your cramping. Drinking plain soup stock that you make yourself with also help relieve your intestines of having to process solid food. If you would like some of the recipes I have for plain soup stock please let me know( It should not be one from the store because they add so much crap that makes everything worse.)

I know how you feel with those cramps that get insanely worse when going to the bathroom. It is actually kind of scary when all you have to look forward to in the day is going the bathroom a million times and getting crazy pain with it. My prayers are with you that you get better everyday!

Oxycodone can be the cause of lots of cramping pain.
Are you able to ask for a change of pain medication.
Sometimes the pain killers cause problems of their own which can confuse a diagnosis.
I get intense pain with any codeine prep and more recently had a bad reaction pain wise postoperatively with dilaudid. Won't be having that any more.
It sounds as if you might be better to check in with your GI to see if they might offer some treatment for you.
You should not continue to suffer these symptoms.
Feel better soon
Hugs and best wishes
