I've used this simple, easy recipe numerous times with great success...May be the best all-purpose SCD bread recipe I have found :rosette1: :
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1.5 raw cashew butter (can make it often at Whole Foods fresh)
2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water (as needed)
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. Mix 5 eggs frothy
3. Add all other ingredients and mix well. If too thick, and 1 tablespoon of water until the batter will pour
4. Line small loaf pan with parchment paper, such as a 9"x5". I use a small square cake pan.
6. Bake 70 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
Makes great sandwich bread, french toast, etc!!! Enjoy!
