Biologics - What else to try?

I am on Stelara right now. I have also been on Cimzia and Remicade. Cimzia worked fine for a while and then failed. I ended up developing an allergy to Remicade. Stelara is supposed to be good for Crohns and Stelara. I have had several injections of the Stelara. IBS is kicking up a little right now. The Stelara doesn't seem to work on the psoriasis. I still have ugly spots mostly on my hips. I have an appointment with my GI on the 21st . Could I just come out and ask him for a change in biologics?

Why are these advertisements shoeing up all of a sudden?

I was going to ask the doctor. Probably Humira or Entyvio.

Since your CD is doing well on Stelara and considering your not so great experiences with 2 other biologics, i'd be surprised the doctor would be enthusiastic to change anything. Changing medication carries not only risk of relapse, but risks of side effects too. I got switched from 6-mp CD in good control to methotrexate when i started arthritis and then 9 months later I ended up in a flare. Luckily I came back on 6-mp and back on remission.
Do you have a dermatologist? Maybe both doctors could talk together.

Yes, I do have a dermatologist .
