I know there are schools of thought that say that gluten is bad and that the SCD should be followed.
Just a quick question for those of you who are up to speed on the whole wheat/gluten/SCD school of thought, because I'm not
Is there any good explanation for why I would feel good eating pizza from my local pizza place, but would have a hard time from eating a simple piece of buttermilk bread toast? Same basic ingredients in pizza dough compared to bread, more or less, yes? So should I chalk it up to my imagination?
I'm really trying to make strides in focusing on my diet and trying to find the things that work and those that don't and I know that the pizza tends to work pretty well. I'm not sure about the bread but it seems like maybe the bread is bad. If this makes sense, please let me know, otherwise I'll chalk it up to my imagination, thanks!
