Bumps in throat?

Does anyone get tiny white bumps in their throat. They're pretty small and whitish/yellow. I wonder if they're mouth sores or what. I also tested positive for mono so maybe my throat is irritated from that. I don't have tonsils and it doesn't look like strep. I've had them a couple months and seem to have more now.

Have you contacted your doctor? Especially with them spreading I think it'd be best to get checked out. Please keep us updated on how you're doing.

This is likely a candida overgrowth. Oral thrush is really common for IBS/IBD sufferers.
