I've been emptying my bladder a lot ever since this flare stared, I've been getting up to go at least every 20 minutes so I was just wondering if inflammation from Crohn's can put pressure on my bladder??

It can but there could also be something else going on. See a Urologist if possible to make sure that's all it is. Do you have any other symptoms or is it just urinating more frequently?

Yes it can. When I am flaring and swollen it is even hard to urinate. I have to just sitvand wait for that damn urge to strain lessen. Otherwise I'd never get anywhere.

Trying the natural method that's not working so well right now. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

Apart from urinating more frequently the only other symptoms I have is pain(mainly in the right hand side of abdomen), feeling like I'm burning and my stomach look only slightly swollen.

Your abdomen has a burning sensation? You mentioned back pain before as well. Honestly it still sounds like you're dealing with partial obstructions (partial if you're still passing stool). When do you see your GI again? Have you been able to inform them about your symptoms?

I'm not to sure when I next see my GI most of the time he wait for me to make an appointment but sometimes he will make the next one. I haven't been able to inform neither of my doctors about my symptoms because I can't get hold of them all the time they are either busy or they aren't there, I will keep trying just to see if I can get through.
