I know sodas aren't good, I tried Coca Cola, didn't react to it, but I don't plan on it drinking, I rather stick to water. But is fizzy water good or is it bad like sodas?
It's not a problem if the carbonation doesn't bother you. I find that too much of anything carbonated gets me bloated and I get painful intestinal gas.
Unfortunately, that's something you'll have to try and find out on your own. But if Coke didn't bother you, I don't see much of a reason for carbonated water to. It'll probably be fine, but I'd just be cautious with it the first few times to make sure.
