Last fall I froze a bucket full of home grown organic carrots. There's just too much of the stuff to eat it all. I was wondering if I could juice them. They're peeled, cubed and lightly blanched.
They're not cooked, they're blanched. The finished product smelled like raw carrots, and tasted good. I have an ancient Moulinex, so there was some pulp in there. I'll just try it a bit at a time.
