Can't read Consultants writing

Hi, has anyone ever heard of the words muvan, muwan, mivan or miwan? In my Colonoscopy Report, the Consultant has written Inflamation followed by one of the above words and I cant read his writing and cannot find any definitions for any of the spellings. Please Help xxxxx

Thanx guys, all it says on the paper is Inflamed muvan or mivan or muwan or miwan and then ? C D. Which I am pretty sure stands for Crohns disease as that was why he did the Colonoscopy

I think the word might be Mucin but am still none the wiser as to what that means xxxx

Could it be mucosa - i.e. the mucosal lining is inflamed?

It could be but the last two letters really don't look like s and a xxxx
