Casserole with peas

I had tuna casserole with peas the night before last. I lost control of my bm yesterday and saw peas in it. My stomach, for the most part, hasn't felt good since.

i can't eat peas at all I find I'm in absolute agony after them so cut them out of my diet

If I eat peas, I see them in the bowl . Peas are very fibrous and hard to digest . I love peas but try to avoid them .

Does it help if the peas are blended? My son has trouble with whole lentis, but he's fine if they are blended or cooked to a paste.

Peas do not tend to breakdown at all; even in healthy people.

Peas are fine for me, but tuna...............well that is another story entirely

Do you have use of a juicer? If so, you could try just drinking veggie juices for a few days and avoiding all solid food. That always settles me down.
