Is it a good or a bad that i get chest pains when i am having a flare up??

Chest pains are usually from meds, and the chest pains can be from a Hiatus hernia as well or gallstones... I know I have had them and have a HH and had Gallstones.
have you ever had to take suppositories?? as i keep having some side effects from them or i just can't take them at all??

Nope, never had to use suppositories but I should think you should see your doctor and very soon, he or she could help you better.

Well I would certainly be surprised to hear that chest pains were ever *good*...
Lots of people have lots of different symptoms. Have you talked to your GI about it? As Pen said, there could be lots of different causes. It could be a hernia, GERD, a medication, gallstones, muscle strain, etc. etc. etc. Again, you should see your GP because they will be the best able to differentiate. Good luck.
