Hey guys got an intresting question for ya I have taken coconut oil in the past with no problems I decided to start taking it again as it helped me tremendously last time.

This time when i take it with food I get nautious and puke has happened about 3 times now happened to me yesterday just wondering if now maybe I'm having some reaction to it

If I would guess, I'd ask whether you have inflamation higher in the digestive tract (up from the small intestines through the duodenum and/or in the stomach). I've heard it explained that the MCTs (medium chain tryglycerides) are absorbed in such segments of the digestive tract, and maybe you have some minor inflamation going on in those areas?

Otherwise, it may or may not be possible that there is a variation in different brands of coconut oil (whether it is supposedly "extra virgin" or refined or unrefined or extracted with hexane...). Personally, I usually stick with Nutiva brand.

I'm not sure if there are other sensitivities some experience concerning coconut oil and it's different constituents (lauric acid/caprylic acid, etc.)?

I had a ct a few months back and it showed none there maybe your right this is a new brand i bought also i use it to make canna oil and have no problems with that
