Confusing flare

I have had Crohn's since 2011 I am on Humira bi weekly and MTX injection. I was officially in remission April of this year but now since the 9th of this month I have been having flare symptoms such as : no aptietie, abdominal pain, bloating after eating, pain when I do eat, fatigue I nap daily for a few hours I sometimes get the D after eating and I also getting a gurlging in my whole stomach mostly on the right lower side. I overall feel horrible.
What's confusioning is some days are better than others. I see my GI doctor on November 7th to discuss what we should do.
I feel somewhat decent when I don't eat but then I get hungry pains so then I eat and then I'm back in pain. I'm eating about once a day. I am loosing weight because of this.

Hello and welcome to the forum,
I'm sure some one will be along very soon who has , or has had the same problem,and can talk to you about it.We are all a mixture of symptoms,diagnoses and meds., but we are very good at advice and support.
