Have they suggested Buscopan or loperamid for your diarrhea? (or whatever they are called in your country

No. They have not.

Isn't buscopan for cramps only as it does not help with my diarrhoea at all

Buscopan for cramps & pain with severe Diarrhea (given via injection or infusion if I'm in hospital). It eases the constant movement of the stomach.

Along with Loperamid which is great at stopping diarrhea *if* there is no infection causing it or there is no blockage/obstruction in either small or large bowel.
