Good Evening,
I had recently decided to treat my ilem inflammation with as close to a gluten free diet that I could get. I am also being treated with Pentasa, which I don't think is working. Haven't had a stool in two days. However, I don't necessarily feel like I need to go, and I don't want to force the issue. Am I constipated or could it be that my body, or what parts of it are working, are adjusting to the diet change? Any insight would be great. Thank you for your time.
