I am researching the meds that my daughter's doctor wants to start and am shocked at the prices! I have Blue cross blue shield federal ppo. would like to know if anyone knows how much they cover remicade and humira?

Not sure about the insurance company coverage, your best bet is to call them directly. Remicade and Humira both have assistance plans to help with the cost, they have information on their websites. When I was on Humira I had insurance, but the co-pay would have still been around $70 a month. With the assistance, I only had to pay $5 a month.

I am a State Gov. employee - with United Healthcare/BCBS - I havbe to get approved yearly (no issues so far with that) - and I have ZERO co-pay.....
