Crohns flare up symptoms

What are your typical symptoms when you have a flare

Sometimes bleeding from your rectal area. Nausea, cramping, weight loss.

Different for everyone. Mine are excessive boating, pain on my right side, sudden urgency (but diarrhea slows down and I've never had bleeding) stomach pain after eating and nausea. And I start losing large amounts of hair.

Right,upper,and left abdoman pains back pains (upper), rectal issues, and flu like symptoms

The first thing I notice before anything is feeling lethargic all the time.. then comes the loose stools... cramping, weight loss shortly after. Always always starts with feeling like crap though!

Sorry to piggyback, but I am new to Crohn's and have so many questions. I know I used to have night sweats and I am a 39 y/o female so I thought maybe they were hot flashes and I may be going through menopause, but now I know it was from the Crohn's. Does anyone know why flare ups happen? I can't say I vomit, but I do get nauseous and have some bleeding during bowel movements. And it is crazy how AdamJC said he feels lethargic because I have felt like that before as well. I though I was just really exhausted. Also I have had hair loss.
