I have multiple sclerosis, lymphedema and fibromyalgia, among other DXes. :( My gut is severely neuropathic so it causes a lot of my MS problems. My sister and nephew have Crohn's, and my brother has irritable bowel syndrome.

I run a private support group for about 400 people on Facebook. :ghug: It's called Living for a Cure. They are mostly MSers, but some have Crohn's, RA, OA, Agent Orange damage, gout, etc.

My job is to research all of these for everyone, :study: trying to find out what might help relieve pain and discomfort now, and make it so we can work or take care of our families, and keep on top of the cures coming down the pike. We are constantly helping each other figure out what might be worth trying now. I do a little research on Crohn's a couple of days a week.

Thanks for letting me join. :applause:

Thanks, Dusty and Dave! I was desperate to be able to talk about the problems I was having without it being broadcast across the net where students would run into intimate details of my illness if they googled me. (I tutor and tech write.) Thankfully, Facebook had just started the private group function, and a friend told me about it. It's great to be able to speak our minds with some safety. The folks in our group are really the most tremendous, and to me, heroic group of women and men. Just amazing!
