Crohn's remission

Hello, a recent colonoscopy shows that Imuran has cleared up 90% of my Crohn's, happy days.
I was wondering if anyone has any advice/tips to help me stay in remission for as long as possible.
I'm considering an elimination diet to discover my triggers.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

Staying on the Imuran as a maintenance medication is worth considering
