Remission?

Hi Everyone, just a quick few questions, how long after a resection did you have remission for? And what helped you with healing after the surgery?

I haven't had a resection but after fistula surgeries I was healed up pretty good in 2-3 weeks the doctors push vitamin d

My daughter remission after surgery was approximately 18 months. She flared after catching covid19 and getting food poisoning.
