Crohns safe Japanese food

Hey guys,

I've been doing alot of cooking lately and I really love asian food. Does anyone have any Crohn's safe recipes?

Could you give me more of a definition of what Crohn's safe means for you? Because I have a few recipes but I'm afraid to give you something you would have a hard time with.

I always do well with sushi rolls. I would not recommend anything fried or too spicy. I would do well with chow mien, but make sure not to eat cabbage if there is any in it. Asian food can be tough if your tummy is sensitive to all the seasonings.
