Dealing with hunger pains during prep

How do you guys deal with hunger pains during the colonoscopy prep?
I'm afraid my stomach might start growling like mad the day of the colonoscopy.
That's what I'm most afraid of. Also what might cause churning in the
Lower abdomen? I get that a lot when eating certain foods.

Honestly I find sleeping a lot helpful and just eating ices to get by. Just take it easy and let the day slide by. The GI won't blink an eye if your belly makes noises.

Drinking lots of Sprite and Gatorade help with my hunger pains. Good luck and enjoy the sedation

To be honest I didn't get hungry the day of my prep... But I did have clear mints to suck on, which kept my blood sugars up and gave me energy. As said above, the GI won't care if your stomach starts growling, they've seen (and heard) far worse I can assure you.
