did anyone ever get rid of fissures for along time

hello everyone. anyone ever get rid of a fissure for good. i'm on 2 weeks of my 1st one. i;m so depressed as i got this from being stupid and getting badly constipated. I'm going crazy with the diet but today i sneaked in 4 choc chip cookies. From now one my bm are going to be a scarey issue, even if i do heal. For the women, do you get yeast infections fromthe sitz baths.

I had fissures on and off for years - what finally took care of them (for good I hope) is me starting Remicade.....I do have scar tissue and thin skin still though.....

Biggest thing you should do is work on that constipation - def. not good for fissures!
